Set intention
We begin by exploring where you are at this moment. Through intention setting, we can identify what truly matters to us and make that the center of this practice. Setting intentions is a powerful force and we harness that power by establishing clearly what we want out of each session.

Breath
Through circular and other breathing techniques, we activate the entire body to release stored emotions and break free from habitual patterns of thought and behaviour. Breathe creates a spontaneous space for deep self-exploration, allowing us to access the subconscious and dissolve emotional barriers.

Build foundation
Together we create a safe container designed to open the heart and prepare the mind for deeper reflection and healing. It serves as a bridge between the everyday and the spiritual, using plant medicine—such as cacao—and ceremony to create a space for personal transformation.

Remember
In this phase, we align with our intention, rediscover our authentic self, moving away from conditioned responses and stepping into the fullness of our being. Through this remembrance, we open the door to personal transformation. We are able to see more clearly, and have more space to make decisions, set new goals, and generate action.
