About Me
Facilitator of curated growth spaces through ritual and breath.
Originally from Mexico, I moved to the US and Europe to pursue higher education and a career in finance. I thrived as a driven and reliable employee, embracing late nights, tight deadlines, and challenging tasks as badges of honour. I believed hard work could achieve anything — until it didn’t.
Burnout brought on the realisation that my career-focused life wasn't fulfilling me. I had been so focused on achieving what I thought was “success” that I lost touch with who I was and what I truly needed.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, adrift and uncertain, I discovered breathwork. My first session was transformative; it gave me the space to reconnect with myself and the clarity to understand my true desires. Inspired by this shift, I developed the Enritu method, blending breathwork with ritual, ancient traditions, and plants like cacao. This approach creates space for essential questions: “Who am I?” and “What do I want?”

My Philosophy
I have a no-nonsense approach, I know what it means to be corporate, pragmatic, objective, and performance driven. I strive to be a bridge between the “performance based” and the “New Agey” aspects of breathwork, ritual and getting back to yourself.
I believe that everyone can benefit from this practice and witnessing people visibly transform, often after just one session, is why I am passionate about bringing this approach to where it is most needed in high performance driven individuals. I am passionate to turn people towards their most authentic selves and have made it my life work to reach as many people as possible.
